Cheddar Raspberry Crostini

Ingredients

 1 bag bruschetta or crostini crisps (or, cut a baguette into coins and toast in 350°F oven)
 1 block (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened to room temperature
 1 ½ cups mayonnaise
 3 ½ cups finely shredded cheddar cheese
 ¼ cup POD & BEAN™ Raspberry Amaretto Preserves
 ¼ cup chopped nuts (macadamia or pecans work best)

Directions

In a large mixing bowl. combine cream cheese, mayo, cheddar cheese and onion. Stir until well mixed.

Scoop the mixture onto a large serving plate and spread into a large disc shape, leaving room on edge for crostini.

Spread the POD & BEAN™ Raspberry Amaretto Preserves on top of the cheese, leaving a 1-inch rim around the edge.

Sprinkle the chopped nuts on top of the preserves.

Serve with a spreading knife and have guests serve themselves.
