Ingredients

 6 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
 ½ cup POD & BEAN® Raspberry Amaretto Preserves
 ½ cup POD & BEAN® Roasted Pineapple and Pepper Chutney
 ½ cup POD & BEAN® Cherry Habanero Sauce
 Assorted crackers, for serving
Sweet Toppings
 Coconut, shredded
 PURE DARK™ Cocoa Nibs, any flavor
Savory Toppings
 Bacon, crumbled
 Chives, finely chopped
 Green onion, finely chopped
 Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Crunchy Toppings
 Almonds, slivered
 Pecans, finely chopped
 Pistachios, finely chopped
 Walnuts, finely chopped

Directions

Place 2 blocks of softened cream cheese into three separate bowls.

Add Roasted Pineapple and Pepper Chutney to one bowl, 1/2 cup Raspberry Amaretto Preserves to the second bowl and 1/2 cup Cherry Habanero Sauce to the last bowl. Stir each bowl until ingredients are well combined.

Once combined, stir in preferred sweet or savory additions. Form into three separate balls and roll in the crunchy toppings of your choice.

Individually wrap cheese balls in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for about one hour. Keep chilled until ready to serve (can be made up to 48 hours ahead). To serve, place cheese balls on a platter or serving board with assorted crackers and toasted baguettes.

These are great in bite-size versions, too! Use just 2 blocks of cream cheese divided between 3 bowls and 1-2 tablespoons of each POD & BEAN Sauce. Once combined, form into tablespoon-sized balls and roll in your choice of toppings. Wrap in plastic and chill for an hour. Insert a pretzel stick into each ball prior to serving.
