Chicken Queso and Black Bean Dip

Ingredients

 8 oz cream cheese, softened
 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
 2 tbsp POD & BEAN® Mexican Seasoning Blend
 ½ cup POD & BEAN® Sweet & Smoky BBQ Sauce
 1 cup POD & BEAN® Black Bean and Roasted Corn Salsa
 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

Preheat oven to 375° F.

In a medium bowl, mix together POD & BEAN® Sweet & Smoky BBQ Sauce, POD & BEAN® Mexican Seasoning Blend and softened cream cheese.

Fold in the shredded chicken and cheddar cheese. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are bubbling.

Garnish with POD & BEAN® Black Bean and Roasted Corn Salsa, cilantro and green onions.

Serve with your favorite tortilla chips or crackers.
