Chipotle Chicken Tacos

Ingredients

 3 tbsp POD & BEAN® Sweet & Spicy Cocoa Rub, divided
 1 cup POD & BEAN® Sweet & Smoky BBQ Sauce
 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
 16 PURE DARK™ Sea Salt Rounds
 8 oz sour cream
 2 tomatoes, diced
 3 cups shredded lettuce
 2 cups shredded cheese
 6 medium flour tortillas

Directions

In a large sauté pan over medium heat, toast 2 tablespoons Sweet & Spicy Cocoa Rub for 30-60 seconds.

Add Sweet & Smoky BBQ sauce and chicken and bring to a simmer.

Remove from heat and add Sea Salt Rounds. Stir until melted. Keep warm.

In a small bowl, stir together remaining Sweet & Spicy Cocoa Rub and sour cream.

Assemble tacos and top with sour cream mixture.
