Grilled Fish Tacos

Ingredients

 Tacos:
 1 lb white flaky fish, such as Mahi Mahi or Cod
 ¼ cup Grapeseed Oil
 1 lime, juiced
 1 tbsp POD & BEAN™ MEXICAN SEASONING BLEND
 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
 ¼ cup cilantro leaves, chopped
 8 flour tortillas
 Garnish:
 2 cups White Cabbage, shredded
 POD & BEAN™ GREEN CHILI HOT SAUCE
 Crema or sour cream
 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
 ¼ cup cilantro leaves, chopped
 1 lime, cut into 8 wedges

Directions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Whisk together the oil, lime juice, POD & BEAN™ MEXICAN SEASONING BLEND, jalapeno, and cilantro and pour over the fish. Let marinate for 15 to 20 minutes.

Remove fish from the marinade and gently place onto a hot grill, flesh side down. Grill the fish for 4 minutes and then turn over and cook for one minute and remove.

Place the tortillas on the grill for 20 seconds. Divide the fish among the tortillas and garnish with any or all of the garnishes.
