Lemon Herb Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients

 1 lb fresh asparagus
 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
 1 tbsp dry white wine
 1 tsp lemon peel, freshly grated
 1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
 1 tsp POD & BEAN Garden Herb Blend

Directions

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Wash asparagus and trim to remove woody portion of stem. Place on foil-lined sheet tray.

Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine. Drizzle over asparagus.

Place tray in oven and bake for 6 to 8 minutes until asparagus is tender and the tips are slightly charred.
