Pineapple Habanero Chicken Wings

Ingredients

 3 lbs chicken drumettes
 ½ cup POD & BEAN® Roasted Pineapple and Pepper Chutney
 POD & BEAN® White Chocolate Habanero Hot Sauce, for garnish
 salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Place wings on grill, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and cook until crisp and cooked through, about 15 minutes or until internal temperature has reached 160° F.

Transfer wings to large bowl and toss with ½ cup POD & BEAN® Roasted Pineapple and Pepper Chutney until wings are well coated.

Return wings to grill and spoon any remaining chutney on top. Close lid and allow to cook for 2-3 minutes or until wings are slightly charred and the pineapple glaze is bubbly.

Remove wings from grill and serve immediately with POD & BEAN® White Chocolate Habanero Hot Sauce for garnish, as desired.
