Sheet Pan Chicken Dinner

Ingredients

 8 chicken pieces
 2 tbsp olive oil
 2 tsp POD & BEAN™ Burger Seasoning
 1 ½ lbs baby Yukon potatoes, washed, halved or quartered depending on size
 ½ lb radishes, washed, halved
 1 bunch broccolini
 3 tbsp olive oil
 1 tbsp POD & BEAN™ Caribbean Seasoning Blend
 Kosher salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 375° F.

Pat chicken pieces with a paper towel.

In a large plastic storage bag, mix olive oil and POD & BEAN™ Burger Seasoning.

Add chicken to bag and massage until thoroughly coated. Place chicken on a foil-lined sheet tray.

In a separate large plastic storage bag, add olive oil and POD & BEAN™ Caribbean Seasoning Blend. Add potatoes, turnips and broccolini to bag. Shake well to coat.

Place on sheet tray with chicken. Sprinkle kosher salt on vegetables. Bake for 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165° F.
